I sell it in my club. Turns people into pricks. im considering not selling it anymore. Disgusting drink, in taste and in its influencial properties.

I had never heard of it until I went into a bottle shop with Nat ...that girl is a little lol

Well, I'm ordering some off the net.

I'm sure when I drink it, I'll take pictures.

This was discussed already (a while ago) and I seem to recall that EvilWhiteMale was sort of an expert on the drink.

The drinking of absinthe is all the rage amongst the all black wearing, angsty tortured poet and hip, pseudo-intellectual literary set. **sniff**

It's practically a requirement to complete your image as you're scribbing down your (underappreciated) verse (or prose) into your journal in the back booth of some smokey, gothy coffeehouse.

We had this discussion twice, the first thread about it was years ago with IceNine, the one with EWM wasn´t too long ago.
There is no real absinth these days because the thujon content is nowhere near as high as it was a hundred years ago, before it got banned.
The new absinth contains only 10-20 % thujon compared to the old brands Van Gogh and other artists used to drink.
Still, there are some decent brands in the Czech republic and some (illegal) ones somewhere in Switzerland.
I have one bottle at home, it´s OK, but not the best you can get..it´s a Spanish brand called Phillp Lasala..
Sepia absinth is a bit stronger but a bit on the pricey side.It´s also Spanish.

It tastes disgusting.
