I just got a SHOT IN THE BUTT!!! I had an allergic reaction to something Tues and I broke out in hives. It went away, so I thought, and today I woke up and it had spread to my (clutch the pearls) my face. So you know I had to go to the Doctor!!! His nurse gave me a cortisone shot in the butt and I think she was loving it- all rubbing my cheek! He also gave me some Prednisone for the rash, some Atarax  for the itch, and some VICODIN cuz I told him my back hurt from moving furnature around yesterday. I love my Doctor!

Hives are really dangerous. If they get inside your lungs or something like that, they can be fatal.
