Misunderstandings never sounded so good. 
I really like the first lines (I'm assuming you mean desert and not dessert). They're describing a feeling I know well, lol. And I can relate to the second verse too even though I'm neither a woman or a citizen in a country where buildings have fallen. As with Prince, it's the way the words flow and sound that matters while the content can sometimes bite like a rattlesnake too. That's a real compliment.
