What stings for you does not sting as much for me b/c I may have more natural lubrication than you do. Furthermore, I never use KY b/c I have enough natural lubrication. The pill does not reduce but rather thicken secretions to prevent sperm from swimming to the cervix. Its happens in all women but the extent probably varies depending on the pill and the woman. If women produce lots of lubrication then they're probably less likely to feel the effect of the pill in that relation.
