Me me me!!

I always watch when Sci-Fi has their Twilight Zone marathons.

Tonight I actually saw an episode I'd never seen before and I thought I'd pretty much seen them all over the span of my thirty*coughcough* years. It was called "The Hunt" and was about an old mountain man who comes home after hunting all night with his dog to discover everyone thinks he's died. More happens (of course) past that, and it was a great episode. A very sweet, touching one, actually.

That's one of the things I love about The Twilight Zone..the various episodes have so many nuances to them. They can be scary-weird, sweet-weird, funny-weird, or just plain weird-weird.

Those 2 descriptions don't ring a bell.

The Lonely involved an artificial woman that was delivered to a prisoner at a remote outpost.
Nightmare at 20,000 Feet (William Shatner) is an episode involving a flight.

me and my sister always watch the marathon but lately i've been missing them. my favorite (don't know the title) is the one when this guy talks alot and this man bets him to stop talking for a certain amount of time for a whole lot of money. come the find out the guy has no money he just wanted the dude to shut up. the worse is that the dude that talks too much had his vocal cords removed. the end is so creepy to me. its fucked up lol

The artificial daughter one was about a man who figured out how to make artificial people, so he built a maid and some other people in his life. The daughter, who is in her 20's, knows all about these people but during the episode begins to realize that she is artificial as well and that all her memories are implants. It's really creepy.

I don't remember Flight 242 except that at the end the number on the door of the morgue was 242. eek Me and my best friend in childhood used to refer to this episode all the time.

The Lateness of the Hour - Inger Stevens plays the robot daughter.

I don't know why, but it seems rare. I watched for it for years and never came across it again. confuse
