There are two things I hate most about the habits of other drivers. I'm sure that I'm by no means a perfect driver. In fact, I know I'm not. However, here are two things I can say about driving habits of others that piss me off to no end:

- I HATE when people don't use their turn signals.
- I HATE when people don't turn their brights off when they pass you.

Both of them are things that could, potentially, cause me an accident and it right well pisses me off.

when they don't fully drive in2 the turning lane and force u 2 slow down
when they cut u off and no one else is behind u
when you're at the lights, and u get an advanced green light and THEY DONT WANNA FUCKING MOVE!! what are they waiting for a different shade of green?!


Gee...maybe i shouldn't get my liscence after all...

People that don't use their signals,
People in front who "love" their brakes and constantly breaking for whatever;
Seniors and others who do 40 Km in a 60 Km;
People that cut you off;
Those that don't use manners; and
Those that ride your butt (tail gating too closely).

Oh brother!

Totally based on the L.A. freeway system...

Slow-pokin' in the fast lane.
(being oblivious is bad enough but on purpose is criminal)

Drivers that won't let you into a lane when you've signaled

Drivers speeding/puttering and doing any combination of the following:
a) talking on the cel phone
b) having an eye-to-eye conversation with someone in the vehicle
c) putting on makeup
d) doing hair
e) fidgeting with/for something (glove compartment, on the floor, in the back seat)

Offensive drivers
(as opposed to defensive drivers)

Driving without insurance/license/registration

Driving when your head doesn't clear the top of the steering wheel.


And last but not least, "The phantom passenger".
Car ahead of you is driving erratically. Appears to be riding solo.
Suddenly, a second head magically appears from somewhere.
Erratic driving ceases.

Switch 17 lanes at once because they were in the passing lane and their exit suddenly "appeared"...

Coasting along at the same damn speed in the right lane of the highway while you're coming onto the highway on the entrance ramp...either speed up or slow down and let me in...

we have a new road rule here about school zones and most drivers pay no heed to the fact it's now 40km instead of 60km, school drop-off and pick-up times. I try my hardest to remember and when I do I'm tailgated and tooted at by the very school pickup mums who lobbied to get the damn rule in the first place

Riding my bumper is pretty much the only thing that irks me. Oh...and at stop lights when people keep staring over into my car or they try to race me when the light turns green I really could care less about racing them. Other than that I have no room to talk about bad drivers either. I'm currently at 3 minor wrecks.

People who start to get into the drivers side of your car thinking it's the passenger side...

I totally agree with these two, especially the first one. It's so easy and so helpful to use the turn signal that it's unbelievable. So why not do it?

And to the second one I'd like to add that it's even more annoying if they're right behind you and won't turn their brights off! Even if you turn away the rear view mirrors it's like you're stuck in a light bulb.

Another thing I hate is SUVs. They completely block the view! Plus their headlights are so high up that they always create the above mentioned effect, even when their brights are off.

I also hate it when people in front of you slow down to the exact speed limit to teach you some kind of lesson.
