I swear I dropped those suckers off Thurs nite at 5:08. It just so happens ole girl was pickin up the mail at 5:12. And I saw my returns in with the other stuff. I figured I'd see new movies on Tues at best. I just got them today. I'm so shocked, I'm trying to contain a bow[nasty edit]ment right now.

it seems as though ever since we sqawked about it not too long ago, things have gotten better.

I use Blockbuster online, and I swear, I put a DVD in the mail, and I get another one from my list within 2-3 days. It's awesome.

I haven't had any issues for a long time with my account. I mail my movies and they get there the next day and I recieve my new movies the day afetr that. A 1 day tunrover. Not bad.

Maybe the reason for the improvment is that they've opened new mailing centers?

I found out there's a netflix mailing center in Madison, WI...I'm guessing that's why I get mine so fast. Usually, when I mail my dvd's back, I get new ones in 2 days.

Blockbuster cracks me up!

They're all like "The end of late fees! The end of late fees!" And everyone is dancing around in the commercials thanking God etc.

When the real message is that they've been screwing us for 15 years or whatever, but now need to shift gears because Netflix is more efficient!
