Which cities have you lived in (only six months or longer counts as "lived")?
1. Gardena, Calif. 2. Los Angeles, Calif. (not the actual city, but an unincorporated part) 3. Ann Arbor, Mich. 4. New York, New York How would you rank them and why? 1. Gardena, Calif. (because this is the suburb where I grew up) 2. Los Angeles, Calif. (because this is where my family lives now) 3. New York, New York (because there's always something to do here) 4. Ann Arbor, Mich. (small college town, nice to visit, but I'd get restless) What made you move away from those you no longer live in? 1. Gardena, Calif. (My family live here for 20 years, but my parents bought another home in the hills in west L.A. so we moved. Plus, we outgrew the house in terms of space and income.) 2. Los Angeles, Calif. (this is where I live when I'm back home with family) 3. New York, New York (I currently live here) 4. Ann Arbor, Mich. (I went to college here, once I graduated I moved) Which cities have you always wanted to live in but not yet got around to actually moving to? Well, I pretty much live where I want to live. Los Angeles and New York are the only two cities (areas) I can see myself living around or near. I don't want to move anywhere else in the United States. However, I would like to live in London and work there, if the opportunity ever arises.

However, I would like to live in London and work there, if the opportunity ever arises. Thanks for being the only one to answer my questions properly. I like Ann Arbor. It just had a nice feel to it. But like you said it would probably get boring after a while. It's easy to step up an addiction to big cities. If you keep going for bigger ones it gets harder every time to imagine living in a smaller city. So I guess Mexico City is next for you. And then...erm...I guess there must be bigger cities on other planets somewhere.

Old Westbury, NY San Pedro Sula, Honduras Westbury, NY Uniondale, NY Freeport, NY What was Honduras like and why did you live there? I lived there from 1976 - 1978. I haven't been back since 1982, but I remember it being a BEAUTIFUL country with pristine beaches and delicious food. My mom had a business there. I would love to go back to visit, but; A) airfare for a family of 5 is outrageous. B) the country is riddled with crimne right now. C) airfare for a family of 5 is outrageous. My father was in the Army. I lived there from 1979-1982, Kindergarten, First, and half of Second grade. I was a child but I remember a lot and I loved it. Oh- and there are just as many young Japanese women trying to pick up American soldiers too! My kind of town! Minneapolis - it's home, beautiful summers, flat Paris - everyone speaks french there San Francisco - love the art Providence - brick sidewalks, but nowhere to go outside of campus What made you move away from those you no longer live in?
Minneapolis - wanted to get away from family Providence - graduated from college and needed a career Which cities have you always wanted to live in but not yet got around to actually moving to?

Which cities have you lived in (only six months or longer counts as "lived")?
1. Fairmont, MN 2. Winona, MN 3. Rochester, MN 4. Pine Island, MN How would you rank them and why? 1. Winona. I loved living by the Mississippi River. 2. Pine Island. It's a small town and I have a decent house on the hill. 3. Fairmont. It's where I grew up, but pretty boring. 4. Rochester. The traffic sucks with the road construction going on, and it's just not a place I'd want my kids raised in. What made you move away from those you no longer live in? 1. I left Fairmont to go to college in Winona. 2. I left Winona when my wife got her job in Rochester. 3. We left Rochester when we bought a house in Pine Island. 4. Haven't moved from Pine Island yet. Which cities have you always wanted to live in but not yet got around to actually moving to? I probably won't move again unless jobs get changed on either my wife or myself. I would like to move closer to the river again, however...like Red Wing, MN.
