First thing I noticed about those from the Org I've met in person:

Freespirit-- Her smile. I saw it from her car as she pulled in to park...you notice Julie's smile instantly, it's warm and welcoming. That, and the cool streak of grey in her hair.

Supa-- His smile, and that he's skinny...lol. But once you see his smile, it sticks with you.

RayRay-- His eyes. They're huge and very pretty.

Janfriend-- Her lips, because she looked like she was pissed..lol. But as soon as she talked, her personality shined like crazy.

Milty-- His smile...and facial hair...lol.

Chico-- His build...very muscular. And his bald head..lol

Muse-- Her everything...lol. She makes "entrances".

Shausler-- His density...meaning, he truly occupies space, everything about him fills the space he's in. He's one very solid, real man. The next thing I noticed was that he looked a helluva lot like Robert Downey, Jr.

Althom-- His height!!..lol...He's so freakin' tall.

Natisse-- Her eyes when she smiles...and she's always smiling...so very cute.

Diva-- Her clothing...especially her boots..lol. She dresses very cool.

Sweeny-- Her hair (the color)...and her smile when she laughs. It's adorable.

Pej-- His facial expression....you'd swear he just tossed the bong into the back seat of his car only seconds before you met him...lol. But you soon realize it's just "him"...it's a very genuine, self-assured look.

Ocean-- Her eyes...they're this sparkling bluish-grey, just amazing...and they shine even more when she laughs. That, and her skin...I've never seen such a perfect tan.

Amorbella-- How "real" she looks...very curvy, too..lol.


These aren't the only things I noticed...a list mentioning everything would take forever. But when reflecting on those first moments of meeting, these are the "physical" attributes that stand out...
