Do you prefer Carpet Wood or Stone








Yea it's boring but the shit we have had today I thought random "what do you prefer thread" was about due

Depends on the room.

I hate hate carpet in the bathroom

tile is best

and woodfloors are always nice.

I haev that PERGO flooring in my kitchen, its rather wonderful

Wood its easier on your knee's no carpet burn

I like hardwood myself....carpet is nice though...I have found though that stone floors are very unforgiving...especially with little kids around. Drop anything on a stone floor and it explodes like it has been fired from a cannon.....

hardwood floors for main rooms, hardwood floors with carpets for bedrooms, pretty tiles for kitchens and bathrooms. always, always, always.

stone and wood are preferable to carpet aesthetically, but they are DAMN cold.

unless you have under-floor heating with wood, or are happy with large heating bills.

i go barefoot indoors so in the winter i like carpets or persian rugs, in spring and autumn wood is nice and stone is great for the hot summertime
