THERE'S A SNAKE IN THE KITCHEN!!! Ok, so not anymore, but there was last night while we were over at a friend's house. Just got back today and was told about it. Our sister in-law said it was as big as her leg and over 3 metres long!
Apparently it broke part of the roof over the kitchen and was hanging down inside. My mother in-law was in the bathroom and couldn't get out back through the kitchen for being so scared. They called the police, who tried to catch it, but it slithered off into the garden of the house behind us. Scary huh?

I mean, I'm used to the rats darting out when I switch the light on downstairs late at night (probably the reason the snake was there) and I actually like the little geckoes, tuk-gae, jing-joks and the like that we get on the beams above the balcony (if I turn the balcony light on, u get more flies and stuff, so they come to eat, I guess). I even don't mind the neighbourhood dogs walking into the front yard to sleep under the car and drink water from the plant posts, nor the gink-gers with their gazillion legs and hypnotising fluidity of movement, but a bloody great big snake?????

No, but her legs almost have a 3 metre girth, which makes this whole thing even scarier!!!

I think you should kill her Well, that might be a little harsh, but we'd certainly kick her out of the house if it weren't for our nephew. Ah, she's not so bad, just very young and needs to work a little harder around the house and be a little more respectful to her elders. What can u say though? We've all tried, but there's a child involved and two young people who aren't married, one of whom doesn't really love the other, and this little boy in the middle. He's trying to do Thai dance here.
