I keep them in the container that my blank CD's come in. When it's full I take the change to COINSTAR and I usually get about $30. It's all very exciting.

Long time practitioner. Bought my first Prince album, 1999, with saved pennies. Now, every day I put the change in my pocket at the end of the day into a jar. It adds up nicely. http://elmadartista.tumblr.com/ http://twitter.com/madartista

I used to then if I wanted to take them to cash in at the bank, the bank would insist I wrap the pennies up in those paper thingys that hold currency. Then return to the bank and then they would unwrap the pennies and manually count them. Eeeesh why bother wrapping them in the first place Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! I just leave them on the table, shelf, tv or whatever's closest. once every few weeks I exchange them at the grocery store.
