Hey, I live in Indianpolis, Indiana.....close to Speedway-where there are cops every where.....I would like to move sometimes...but it's still home..... I'm still a little confused , why don't you like Indiana and why did you have to make a thread about it.

I've had a few trips to Indiana, and they weren't too bad. However, I cannot believe how flat the ground is from Gary to Indianapolis. And I thought southwest Minnesota was bad!

What is this "shamon" stuff?

I spent 23 years of my life in Gary. Gary is rough and definately not a tourist attraction, but it is home. As a matter of fact, I will be traveling back to Indiana tomorrow morning to see my family. I also lived in Munster and Griffith Indiana before moving to Texas just last year.

In High School, I would always hear Gary being mentioned as the murder capital of the US along with Detroit, Washington DC, and Flint. I did see people get shot and shot at growing up. As a kid, I never considered my neighborhood to be unsafe, but I realize now that it was. I had a lot of fun growing up it Gary. I grew up there....its sucks....I hung out in Gary alot though...that made for some pretty interesting times.....
