I musta had to sit through this movie 10's of times. It ain't aimed at me, but nor was the pokemon movie and that seems more interesting then this is.

Its so classic realistic "fantasy" is just silly.

I badmouthed it to a girl today. She took it as an offence.

Having said that, "hungry eyes" "i had the time of my life" and "she blows like my mullet" are good songs from time to time.

I had the time of my life, watching this crap again.

I LOVE that movie! When I was. . . oh. . . prolly 10 or 12. . . I would watch it about weekly. I still might if I had time.

i love dirty dancing it holds so many good memories for me when i was growing up and i tend to watch it when i get depressed as it cheers me up...

kinda sad i know but better than going out and getting drunk/doing drugs.

I think it is what it is, a good feel good film, with cheese, good music and romance...

not trying to be something great....

I know it's not the best acting, i know the story line is crap but i love it still.

on a stupid note, i did a course recently where a number of items were in the middle of the room and you had to pick one and talk about what they mean to you...

to pick from there was, Dirty dancing, childs shoe, cd's, teddy bears, instruments and other stuff

I picked Dirty dancing and got so emotional telling people what it meant to me i started crying sooooo embarrising, i couldn't believe it

i didn't realise how entrenched in my life and coping mechanismes that damn film was.
