But men have always liked curves, ala Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Lauren or Pam Grier. The fascination today may be caused by the fact that all of todays "reportedly sexy women" all fit the same body type, thin no hips or ass with a varing breat size but pretty much cookie cutter (size 0-4). Pick up an Elle, Playboy, People or Vouge and you've got the same thing, watch cinecore(max), entertainment tonite, girls gone wild or prime time tv samething.
So the ass boom could be caused by the fact that it is something new to the eyes of the mainstream.
