Why oh why is it so tempting, and why oh why does it taste so darn good? We tend to eat it even though we know it's not good for us. Seems to be a never-ending battle for some people, including myself.

Dried fruit is good. Walk into any store, and there's a wide variety to choose from. Good stuff.
