Have you ever.... felt that you've truly hurt someones feelings on the org? I mean we all have developed some amazing friendships and we have all expressed our feelings to those friends...but...have you ever expressed something that you wish you shouldn't because you feel it either changed the relationship or hurt that persons feelings? If you could take it back would you and why would you take it back. Do you still care about these people and you aren't sure if they will ever be able to forget what you said or did?
