Come on, raise your hands. Who here has ever shoplifted? What did you swipe and why? How recent or long ago was it?

I used to steal those big Cadbury's and Galaxy bars from Somerfield supermarket during lunch break at school. I thought I was so cool. I got caught next door in the Co-op and the owner told me never to go in there again or he'd inform the police.

I had friends at the time who used to go into the local House of Fraser and steal CK One. They all got caught in the end.

So stupid.

candy as a little kid,back in the mid 90s me and some friends stole chinese food from the store deli haha(it was an IGAstore natsume!) and a hat once

And those few that made it felt too damn sick afterwards to enjoy their achievement. As I'm writing this, I still cringe at how morally bereft this shop owner was.

Anyway, one day a kid named Ivan decided to take the challenge. Ivan was the fattest kid in the school and - almost as if he'd been a cartoon - could probably eat half a cow before he was satisfied. Ivan ate the fifteen balls with ease. The next day he came back for more and then again the next day and so on until finally, the owner decided to ban him from the shop rather than to close down the lucrative competition. This ban caught the attention of the school who issued a ban on the shop, which in the end forced him to close down.

By then we'd probably shoplifted half his stock anyway. But he deserved it.

I stole a lipstick once when I was in high school. I felt awful about it and never did it again.

I boosted everything I could when I was little.


I still steal time and internet usage from work on a daily basis...

We used to shake the candy machines in school, so the Hershey Bars would slide out of the wrappers.

Let's see, I have stolen a 4 cars, a mobile home and speed boat.... I am kidding ofcourse!

As a kid I am sure a swiped some candy or something.....lately only one thing "her" heart! She can't have it back either!

I shoplifted when I was 12 or so. Even though nobody believed me, it was my FIRST time. My friend and I took lots of stuff. My dad didn't get upset he just asked me if I had learned a lesson. I did and I never took anything ever again.
I was actually fingerprinted and all that stuff. I had to go see a film on shoplifting at juvenile hall. It was really humiliating.
