I the mother and the authority in this joint am against this idea.....

The children have agreed to put their case before you.

I have purchased a tent room in the color of sand and black and furniture to match....

My children are painting a picnic bench to match..... They would like to speckle the table in black.




I Natalia and Anthony would like to make the following case for the black paint spatter:

We would like to show our artistic side, by designing this table. We think since we are painting it already, we should put our own little touch to it. Adding the black speckles will inhance the color of our backyard, and bring out the color of the black iron in the tent. So we beg and plead that you guys (and girls) will please, please, please allow us to do this to show how creative my partner and I are. Thankyou very much for reading this and giving us the oppurtunity. Sincerly Natalia and Anthony. P.S. it would make us very happy if you allowed us to do this.

Encourage the childrens creativity. You could always repaint it if it turns out not to work. Give them creative license. Their mom has that streak and they are only emmulating you

There project came out excellent. Of course I was going to let them speckle it out BUT half the fun was letting them fight for it... I never looked during the process leaving it entirely up to them!

We got a lot done today! Feels real good....
