I was in the Detroit area over the weekend, had family stuff the whole time, and had to come back home yesterday without seeing any orgers out there.

Hi all,
I just came back from Detroit for July 4th and had a great time. I knew Esther Edwards (Berry Gordy's sister)and hung out in the snakepit before Hitsville became a museum so it was a little surreal going through the place with a tour guide! But it is worth the trip! (PS. The drumkit in the studio is sort of a prop, Pistol's (RIP)kit is at his daughter's home.) Anyway, I enjoyed Tastefest and the Fireworks show downtown, and Fishbones' Restaurant has the best food around! I still love my old hometown mutts!
