so i've got my laptop on my bed...and suddenly a bubble pops on-screen telling me a wireless network is available. odd, because we don't have one set up in our house. it's called linksys, and apparently is an "unsecured wireless network".

is it a big risk for me to be on it?

You're picking up on someone else's wireless internet connection. Probably your neighbor's or something.

As far as I know, if it's unsecured it's ok if you're on it.

I thought you were talking about OUR magic connection....
