NATURAL HRT

Any of you ladies (or men in the know for that matter) have any serious suggestions for a natural alternative to oestragen and progesteron replacement?

I'm (supposed to be boxed) on HRT but haven't been for a very long time and now I'm looking to see if maybe there is a natural alternative that will do the same thing in the way of putting oestragen back into my system

anyone know about this? hmmm

Peru's maca root is the best hormonal nutrient herb in nature for natural hrt. Maca nourishes hormonal glands and helps women with natural production of bio identical estrogen, progesterone & testosterone hormones.

Natural hrt - Maca is a vegetable root or tuber, related to the potato family, which grows in the high Andean plateaus of Peru at altitudes as high as 14,500 feet above sea level.

Unlike hrt drugs, which is basically resumed in taking synthetic risky hormones, "natural maca acts totally different in your body. It stimulates your own hormone production, by inducing the optimal functioning of the pituitary and endocrine glands", says Dr. Chacon (Nature & Health magazine, nov. 1999). Rather than taking hrt drugs to supply laboratory artificial hormones into your body; natural maca acts naturally, nourishing your glands and inducing proper production of your own estrogen and testosterone hormones. Dr. Chacon's discoveries of the pituitary stimulating effects of maca are enormous.
