Summertime PARTY PUNCH recipe!

We hosted a 7 year olds birthday party yesterday and I made my special punch. It's soooo tasty I thought I'd share it with y'all.
(the adults took their's with SKYY vodka*)

1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups cranberry juice (I used Cranberry-Cherry yesterday)
1 cup orange juice (I use pulp free- it just looks better)
1/4 cup lemon juice (RealLemon brand)
24 oz (2 cans) 7Up

Heat water and sugar on stove to melt sugar, add juices, add 7Up just before serving so that it's fizzy. Add orange slices and cherries to garnish. Serve ice cold. Makes about 32 oz but make a double reciept.

*3 shots Vodka or more, can't even taste the vodka over the punch.
Socks still got butt like a leather seat...

My family always makes a really good punch. Just throw in some apple juice, 7-up, and rainbow sherbet and voila!

I did Rainbow sherbert and ginger ale once for a baby shower. We didn't know if the baby was a boy or a girl and I thought "rainbow sherbert how pretty!" So I filled a clear punch bowl with ginger ale and carefully scooped perfect rainbow balls of sherbet into the liquid and it was pretty... until it melted!!! The colors of sherbet melted and mixed into the nastiest shade of brown and the carbonation from the ginger ale made these god awful bubbles. The punch bowl ended up looking like bubbling swamp water! Sooo nasty.
