i've been told that calling it a "bum" must be a canadian thing...

obviously you can call it an ass...
but other than that - what terms do you use??

is "bum" really a canadian-ism??

My wife is Korean and she taught my daughter the Korean word for butt which is goondangie. So everytime we go out somehere and my daughter sees someone who may have a slightly large butt, my daughter goes "Look at that woman's big goondangie" No one gets their feelings hurt and my daughter gets to say something inappropriate which 3 year olds love to do.
