My back feel like sh**! Been sleeping on the floor for a week. Got tingling/tightness/soreness going on. Is there a Dr. in tha house?

Good advice. The old train of thought used to be to completely rest the back and avoid any form of exercise on it until the pain has totally dissipated.

Research and advancement in diet and fitness techniques now suggest the opposite. If you suffer from back ache, the recommendation now is to regularly undertake daily back stretches and period back exercises.

Of course, it ultimately depends how bad your back trouble actually is.
Just double check with your Doc. to be on the safe side before starting any new training regimes wink
