Two of my favorite items:
- you can label an email with more than one label, so for example you can file a job application mail under "personal" and "work". it´s easier to search for afterwards
- you can use outlook or better yet, Mozilla thunderbird to manage your mail

The search function is extremely handy and makes finding old emails a snap and has saved me much time already.

I love the labesl and search functions. But I couldn't find a way to e-mail a group of people, without going through typing the names. there's no check box that you can just choose by each name and it'll send those people a message. that's one thing that a little bit bothering. I don't think there's a group either. you can't make a group of people and you always have to add each person individually.

Unless someone has found this option and can reveal the big secret.
