I feel sooo shit today, drowsy, exhausted from sneezing every other minute, sore nose, headache and just feeling pretty damned shit basically..

I've never had allergies until this year. My eyes run constantly and I can't stop sneezing. I just wanna punch my nose off.

Claritin has worked the best for me

Same here. To break the ice when I just starting dating a new guy, I just tell straight out about my year around alllergies and joke about and say the following: " I am allergic to everything except the opposite sex." Usaually, the guy that I am dating steadily is very understanding b/c he usually has allergies himself rather or not he is aware of it.
