Pizza Hut here is kosher, and it's not open as late as Domino's. And as I've said on another thread, their large pizza is not large at all. Those are enough reasons for me to order Domino's.

Jalapeno Tabasco Ice Cream
6 large egg yolks
2 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
7 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
2 tablespoons Tabasco brand jalapeno sauce
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted and divided

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Whisk together the milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk a little hot milk into yolks to temper them, then whisk in remaining milk. Transfer to same saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture cocas a spoon. Chill over ice, whisking frequently.

Stir in cream of coconut and Tabasco jalapeno sauce. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. When frozen, stir in 2/3 cup toasted coconuts Pack into a freezer container and freeze until ready to serve.

Scoop ice cream into bowls, sprinkle with remaining shredded coconut.

Hot Stuff Ice Cream
1/2 cup milk
1 medium cinnamon stick
1 strip orange peel (from 1 small orange)
4 whole cloves
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Cinnamon sticks and orange peel twists (optional)

Heat milk, cinnamon stick, orange peel and cloves to boiling in small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Strain mixture.

Combine milk mixture, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and TABASCO® Sauce in large bowl. Gently fold in whipped cream. Cover and freeze until firm, stirring once.

To serve, scoop ice cream into glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange peel twists, if desired.
