I lived in america and thought american football was cool. But it aint shit compared to real football (soccer). And rugby is better too.


I barely remember USA 94. I just moved to UK. Around may. A mate of mine down the street got me into soccer. and the world cup was born. My mates laughed at me taking the piss saying USA are crap etc..... funny how a country who dont give a shit about soccer got the world cup one year.

What's with this whole 'World Champions' thing? Sure, the team that wins the NBA finals is likely the best club side in the world, but it's a little presumptuous is it not? Mutatis mutandis for baseball, NFL and NHL. It betrays a bit about the American mindset I think.
