My weekend has been OK. I spent all of last night and all of today helping endo and his boyfriend prime and paint their kitchen. It's really, really cute. 
Now I'm gonna have me a Smirnoff Ice and maybe watch a movie. wheeee! |

Busy... spent the day with my family yesterday (including aunt and uncle), spent too much time outside with my nephews and niece and received a nice sunburn on my back. Ouch! We were shooting BB guns all day. I need one more day... alas, I must get to work this morning. [Edited 6/5/05 8:02am] | |

The area that I grew up... it has changed some over the years. A lot of people have moved. Plus, in 1982 there was a damaging flood which altered the lower ground community which as been taken over by goverment. We lived near the river just below this area from which I took the picture yesterday. My aunt and uncle now live on high grounds... we lost everything including our home back in 1982. This place is beautiful... I miss living here, although I would never move back) isolated in so many ways. There is always so much to explore either by foot, 4X4 or ATV and it is only alittle over an hour drive from where I live now.
A quick snap of the sunset last night... while we took a backroad (dirtroad) back to Mesa.
