I don't like anything fake.
But if that person is bothered by her own breasts and feels she must change them...if that makes her happy, so be it.

I prefer whatever comes with the rest of the package.....if she has natural then great if she has fake ones or WANTS to possibly have them in the future then that is fine too....whateva!
