Unlikely pets

Having a wild beast such as a lion would be pretty cool. Expensive mind you what with having to buy it steak for tea and all that jazz. My lion would be called Henry because I think Henry is a good name for a lion. In reality though, of cause it's not feasible to keep such a wild and untamed beast in the home.

Having said that, what beast would you like as a pet which in reality would not be a good idea to keep?

Back in the early 1990's a woman who lived rather close to us,
(illegally) bought a tiger on the black market in Belgium and
raised it by herself.

She would take it for walks, on a leash smile along the canal and
frighten the shit out of people with their dogs.

Somehow, she got away with it and the tiger just kept growing
and growing. In the end, she walked along the canal with a full
grown tiger!! I've seen her one time and I couldn't believe she
could get away with that.

I don't know what happened to her but I've never heard stories
about her anymore. Perhaps the tiger ate her one day lol.

More likely though, she couldn't handle the animal anymore and
had to have it removed into a shelter.
