Hi All....wave

I'm preparing for an exam on Monday...omfg eek omg boxed

Apart from just Omega3 EFA's What other brain foods would be good to eat?...hmmm

Eggs - they're full of choline. Anything with choline in it can be considered brain food, so look for that in the ingredients.

I don't think white chocolate can be considered brain food, but if you dip it in your eggs....

And good luck in the exam.

You've got the popular one everyone talks about, oily fish and their Omega-3 fatty acids. I've also been told that 5~10 almonds-a-day is a good thing for the ol' grey matter nod Despite it's cyanide content eek

Then again, it could just be an 'old wives tale' shrug (about it's brain properties, not the cyanide neutral )

sure, vitamins and proteins, enzymes and whatnot are great stuff but for best results try potato chips. drool no, they don't help with the retention of information but they're so tasty you'll forget all your worries about studying.
