You do have a point here. Why isn't there more of a focus on all the women who dissappear everyday in Juarez, Mexico? There is obviously a serial killer loose there (probably sneaking across the border from El Paso) and little is said about it in this country. I'm not saying this woman's dissapearance shouldn't get attention, but so should all the women who aren't white and attractive.

Not long ago, my wife and I were watching the news, and they were talking about it. She was unaware of it, and she's a VERY informed person. So, it really should get more attention. My point was that ALL dissappearances should be getting media attention, regardless of how good looking the person is, or their ethnicity.

I totally agree that all dissappearances should get tons of media attention, but I don't think this girl is getting the attention she is because she's pretty and white...I think she's getting all this attention because she obviously comes from money...her parents have the money and the resouces to make this search for their daughter highly visable, and you can't blame them for that.
