Actually I do agree. History is filled for brutal events--even for entertainment.  Ask Anxy about his childrens book from the 1800s called Der Struwelpeter (sp?) particularly gruesome! As long as people have imaginations they will visualise all sorts of horrible things that could be done to others,  | |

I don't see a problem w/ the incident being reported or having a thread about it. There's some fucked up shit going on in the world - who knows, if hearing about this can make just one person wake up to the violence their children may be exposed to that's a help. And that's not to blame tv/movies/video games, but to take responsibility for your own child & limit/monitor what they're exposed to instead of plopping them in front of a tv & calling yourself a "parent" 
As far as the news folks can just shut it off if it's "all bad" but fuck, that's what it's for - to inform people of the goings on in the world. I'd rather everyone hear about this shit & get outraged than turn a blind eye to it...   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! SURELY the parent had to have seen some warning signs leading up to these incidents???? Are they living under rocks? These kids ,,(most of them)...imo) are sociopaths. They should be in councaling for the rest of there lives & maybe medication.
