in some twisted way he may have a point. when you drink your inhibitions aren't on guard as much. so someone who drinks maybe more open or not afraid to tell it like it is. while some one who doesn't drink is holding something dark and sinister back evillol

I personally think alcohol is stupid and overrated. It tastes like shit and the effects it has on u aren't desirable. Ic ur point, but I don't agree with his statement

Well, most of you know what I do for a living; and I see drunks ALL the time. Being in one sitch a week or so ago with a couple of drunk roomates made me think of what grandaddy said. These two were probably in their early 50's, playing cards with each other and it got a little loud. We show up and these two are gushing like schoolgirls about who's cheating at cards, then who's not paying the rent, then who's doin' who's girlfriend. It was quite humorous. Had these two been sober, well we wouldnt have had to be there, but the point is that liquor does make you honest and grandaddy had a point; a man that doesnt have a cocktail with you is probably holding something back or cant be trusted.

Finally. I've practically given up trying to make you not trust me. I stole your women, I broke deals with you. If only I knew that all it took is letting you know I don't drink. rolleyes
That would've saved me a lot of work.

I'm not trying to encourage you to drink, but as alcohol comes in many forms and flavours, I bet we could find a drink that you'd love.

Sherry trifle and chocolate liqueurs count as alcohol too! nod

How about a nice tropical Malibu and pineapple ?

or a refreshing Bombay Sapphire and tonic ?

or a thirst-quenching Becks ?

or a wee dram of the heather nectar An Cnoc (Highland Whisky) ?

or an Irish Coffee ?

Baileys Coffee ?

OK, how about a cup of tea then ?

Would you like a nip of vodka in your tea ?

lol

hmmm doesn't the second one qualify as a 'middle' name?

or do you mean a double barrelled name, like "Barnaby-James"

For example. neutral
