While I have your attention, have any of you red The Red Tent by Anita Diamant ?
It is amazing. It's about how during Biblical times women would all visit this red tent while they were menstruating and they would stay in there the whole time, bonding and yes, bleeding. During this time they didn't have to do any chores! Any chance of bringing this back?  | |

we do moonlodges/red tent gatherings ...or moontime sweatlodges i have always taught my daughters to honor this time and take the time they need for themselves and other women  | |
