I am not sure if any of u guys remember I posted a thread, purely for fun, regarding our place that was for sale and I posted a link 2 the details on our Realtors site!!!!

Well, my mother, who along with my father, owns this place, has just called me 2 inform us that our place has SOLD!!!!!

A couple(first time buyers) came last week and really liked the place!! Well anyway they came again On Saturday morning with thier respective fathers who were both a plumber and electrician, to help them survey the place for safety and any needed repairs or alterations(if ever need b). Well, apparently they gave the place the thumbs up and said YES!!!!!

USA HERE WE COME!!!!!

Because my parents have agreed 2 give us a certain percentage of the sale(approx £5-6,000), so without the house selling we cant have that money!!

We have had a look at apartments on www.rent.com for the areas of Fort Collins, Brighton, Aurora and even some Denver Suburbs just 2 give us some idea as 2 monthly rents and there are some really beautiful apartments in some awesome areas!!! I cant wait!!!!!

Also, over here in the UK, u wouldnt get the type of apartments that there are in the USA, not with all the facilities like dishwasher, microwave, laundry hook-ups, cable TV outlets in EVERY room, High Speed Internet outlets in EVERY room, HUGE closet spaces, balconies, patios, decks, etc.!! Not to mention things like fitness rooms, pools, tennis courts, etc.!!! The thing is when u take into account exchange rates, rents are far cheaper in the USA than they are in the UK and u get absolutely NOTHING here!! U virtually have 2 build or RE-build the place before u move in, or in our case, when we moved into this place we had 2 literally DEGUT it as it looked more like a dungeon than an apartment!! It beats me how the previous people lived here!!!!

Even Low income Government housing complexes in the USA are far superior 2 the Government housing we have here(they are enough 2 make u wanna kill yourself living in those places!!)

Maybe when we get over there and we are living in better surroundings with a better life(I am not saying its gonna b perfect and idyllic), perhaps I will feel better about myself and about life!!!!
