Sorry to folks that live there, but I really didn't care for LA. New York, on the other hand, is my kinda town!
But if you're talking San Francisco, well that's a city I could probably live in.

San Fran will give you more beauty for your buck. I live here. It's beautiful. It's more of a sights to see place than NYC. More Nature.

NYC will give you the time of your life...provided you know where to go and what to do. But it's a Concrete Jungle.

California...the entire state, from top to bottom, has such diverse scenery, especially if the three days are spent in February or March. I would start at the most northern tip...then spend the next three days leisurely making my way down to San Diego...stopping at small towns along the way, diverging into the national parks, driving thru the wine country, staying at out-of-the-way hotels along the beach and trying the local restaurants to end my day with food and wine...with my camera around my neck the entire time... nod

i'm hiring Byron as my tour guide nod

NYC, I love going there. The culture, diversity, fashion and entertainment cannot be beat. Besides, you don't have a car to limit your human contact.

NO CONTEST LOS ANGELES AND VEGAS dominates NEW YORK CITY anyday. The lights of Vegas makes times square looks like a light bulb. La not crowded and don't have stupid tolls all over the place. Los Angeles has fashion, homes, studioes , and entertainment including Hollywood. New york has nothing on LA. Only thing New York has over Los Angeles is better Shrimp fried rice in China town. I did New York 3 times and Los Angeles 3 times and tour the crap out of both cities and Los Angeles Dominates. Period. I am from New Orleans so no not favoritism here. Just facts. You of all people paisleypark4 should know that since you been there twice as you state.

NY is fun, but each time I've gone there I was never really able to explore the city, I was always there for something specific. I'm headin there next week actually for a few days.

Never been to Cali, but I've been to Vegas a few times. Vegas has nothing over NY. Everything is fake and temporary in Vegas, there's no culture there, and gambling and prostitution is shoved down your throat everywhere you turn.

Nothings fake in vegas and also i think its humorous those Mexicans(illegal aliens) be flashing prostitute cards. I grab them and then imitate them and give to someone else.
