You can buy kangaroo meat in the supermarket too
Marinated or plain, diced, on skewers etc... the secret to cooking kangaroo meat is to cook it quickly on a high heat if u overcook the meat its yukky and tough. I had it as a open souvalaki, twas delish WHY SHOULD I DO THAT, WHEN I CAN DO THIS | |
