I'm going to visit in November. For one month. To Tasmania. But I'll explore, too.

Will I still get to go to the bistro?

You can buy kangaroo meat in the supermarket too
Marinated or plain, diced, on skewers etc...
the secret to cooking kangaroo meat
is to cook it quickly on a high heat
if u overcook the meat its yukky and tough.
I had it as a open souvalaki, twas delish smile
WHY SHOULD I DO THAT, WHEN I CAN DO THIS

well, some of you understood.

My inclination was to run after the guy and demand an explanation. But I didn't, so I'll never know for sure what you do all the time.
