ok...so it's almost 2am. i am sooooo awake and full of energy i'm sitting here reading threads, blasting Britney Spears, dancing my ass off in the chair, or i'll get up and tear up my imaginary dance floor also known as my carpet. and contemplating if i really want some praline pecan ice cream. i could do some writing, or read something. maybe even watch a movie. but i'm bursting with energy. wish i had some company insomnia sucks when there's no one around to share the moment with you. or not sure who's awake that you can call...well maybe friends or family overseas. i think i've spent on average, 3-5 hours a night on sleep this past week.

i've had insomnia most of my life. some nights worst than others. i've never really felt affected by it. occasionally i do. i think the majority of my late nights awake are spent writing, dancing, listening to music , or reading passages in the Bible, or just up thinking,thinking,thinking.


so...anyone else out there? hello..?
