Poll: Would you like an org invasion in Paris someday The Dutch invasion just finished and I couldn't resist posting this to know your opinion, considering the fact that frenchies in here:

ça y est! allons-y! faisons-le! c'est parti! moi je serais RAVI d'aller à Paris - la plus belle ville du monde - pour une espèce de "org invasion"!!! normalement je vais à la "ville lumière" au moins 2 fois par an, je connais pas mal de monde là- dont 'y a des vrais "fêtards".. peut-être je peux même aider à organiser le truc!
moi moi, au fait, ça sera plus possible si l'org invasion a lieu à partir du mois de septembre.. mais bref- je suis CENT CINQUANTE POURCENT POUR cette idée! YES LET'S DO THIS. I'll see you tonight..

so long as i can sort the money out you should have no problems with that. before the arrival of the "euro" in 2002 there were the good ol' francs français - I was totally used to dividing the franc amount by 7 to get "US dollars".. but now with the euro, to ME it's essentially the same rate 1 euro = 1 dollar though of course in REALITY the euro has been stronger than the dollar for about 2 years or so, so the rate is really more like 1 euro - 1.27 dollars give or take a penny.. y'all WOULD WANT to go & do an org invasion of Paris! those of you who've never been before.. YOU WILL LOVE IT. Paris is a BEAUTIFUL city.. you cannot help but be.. séduit by her! PLUS, if we organize it right, you'd probably have the benefit of having at least 3-4 orgers who speak French & English fluently, & at least 2 of us would know good/cool/funky places to go! alors allez! you KNOW you wanna go.. i would be a defo for a prince paris invasion !!! the champs elysees the latin qtr notre dame cathedral - built in 1100 !! sacre cour the louvre - the venus de milo ,the mona lisa, jean the baptiste (leo d vinci) the musee d'orsay - van gogh, monet, manet, toulouse lautrec, gaugin... the picasso museum the dali museum the red light district the moulin rouge - just like stepping back 100 years !!! the artists square (place de tetre) st sulpice (the da vinci code) the eiffel tower the opera house rodin museum the original statue of liberty - (statue de liberte) jardin des tuileres - garden/park great music venues - bercy, ollimpiahalle, nouveau casino . many many others !!! and a brilliant metro system !!! oh and i live in glasgow , i'm a parisienne stuck in a scotsmans body !! count me in !! | |

Actually, I have family in France, which I haven't seen in 12 years, so it's about time I visit. most of them live these days in La Roch Sur Yon (not sure about spelling) but what's a trip to France without a visit in Paris? | |
