I'd probably not have anything to do with her. I don't dislike her, but apart from having the same parents, we don't have much in common. I wish we could be closer. I don't have any other siblings

I'm an only child and its great. I've never felt that I'm missing out on something. I suppose thats because I never had it to begin with.

I'm very close to my brother...he's one of only a few people I tell absolutely EVERYTHING to and he's the same with me

We used to fight like cat and dog as kids but when I got picked on he'd ALWAYS be there to back me up ...there has been so much happen over the last 7 years that have brought us even closer still, too

we like much the same music, movies and stuff and know each other very well...he's my best mate

My brother and I are different. He's very adverturous, while I'm very careful, even though I love adventures. He's wild, while I'm quiet.
But we love the same things, and we get along great.
We'd do anything for one another.

Im the middle child


Neither of them live very close
one 3 hours
the other lives in Virginia

But we are very tightly knit

my sisters are my best friends

I was expecting this to continue with "... I'd do her". You just can't get everything, I guess.

I have one sister, she's 6 years older than me. We get along great. I think we get along so well because we don't judge each other. We don't always agree with each's other choices but we try hard to support each other and we never try to tell each other how to live. We have different tastes in almost everything from music, books, clothes and political beliefs etc, but we respect each other and we still can get into fits of laughter for no reason even now that we're in our 40's. Having a sister that you get along with is fantastic and I feel very fortunate. We will always be there for each other.

My sister and I are VERY close, we are like best friends. We went out togather last night and had a whale of a time, and a laughing fit that lasted about 20 minutes non stop. What a shame Why can't you find something you both enjoy? There's got to be something...put a little effort into it. You never know what can happen. I said a lot of those things when my brother was still alive, wish I had done something about it when I had the chance to.

It was 6 yrs ago we lost him. I get very aggrivated and upset when people complain about their siblings or say they don't have a relationship because they have nothing in common. It's a load of crap, put in the effort and FIND something.

That's too bad! I just check your profile thinking you would be younger, like in your teens, and I was going to say you guys would in closer as you two got older BUT you're older than me... so ...I guess that's too bad!

But you two are still young and I'm sure it will come in time. Especially now that she has a child. I bet her baby will bring you two closer! Cousins will want to get together and play-n-stuff!
