Me? Usually about 2am

It depends on how tired I am and what I've been doing prior to going to bed.

Whenever the sleeping pills kick in!

usually between 11 and 12 ... and i wake up at 6 am except sundays when i sleep in til 6:45

my sleep patterns are all wrong
i dont get to sleep untill about 2-00
then i find myself waking up at 5-00

Usually in bed between 11:30 and midnight, with TV on, maybe drift off 30mis later, depending on how shit the programme my wife is watching is.

I am more of a morning person and usually start to flag by the night time, whereas my wife can't get her ass outta bed in the morning but can stay awake and out-party the best of them

It varies. Mostly around midnight, but often, like tonight, when I have an evening shift and come home from work at half past eleven, I am too uppity to sleep.

Other times, when working morning shifts, I am known to hit the hay around 8pm.

Typically by 11pm, though the time difference means that if sports events are on I can end up sleeping very late. I'm usually up before 7am.

Asleep by 1am up by 6:45am. The more I sleep, the more zombie like I am the next day.

asleep around 11.30 pm and up 5.30 am

The time i go to bed varies

If I go out and i have a drink i tend to be in bed about 2:30 am

if i stay in and not on the org about 12:00

if i stay in and i go online and start talking to people in different time zones then that causes problems cause i can literally just not go to bed

I don't do early nights, unless theres an alterior motive

and i don't do early mornings unless i REALLY have to.

Weeknights I'm generally in bed by 9:30 and asleep by 10:30.
Weekends are anyone's guess, though lately it's been about the same as weeknights.

Somewhere around 2 to 3am, but I can sleep in until 9am or so.

On weekdays I'm in bed by 11pm and up at 6am.
