I woke up this morning wif a bizarely bad back ache which after a workout...hasn't quite gone away...infact my neck feelz crippled n stiff and i feel like i need tiger balm or sumfin but i just washed up n i dont wanna smell like freaking tiger balm!!

You may have some inflammation in the area of
the neck & your back.
Try an icepack on the areas which are really giving u the most grief.
10 mins on, 20 mins off and apply some Ice gel, you can buy this in
the supermarket for around $4 and it has no smell.
Take some Nurofen Plus, this will all help with reducing the inflammation.
