You should push your feelings deep down inside.
That is the only way to ensure that you build a positive relationship with a man.

nod

Anytime you feel like sharing your feelings-buy something pretty.

Put that out and remind you why sharing your feelings will only hinder your ability to empty your bank account.

Well if you consider being a bitch standing up for yourself then be a bitch I say! But if you are just being nasty then you back what you give out and you are going to attract men who are not nice people inside or who like to play games/power trips...just be yourself...let you true colors show and you will attract the types of men you want to be around! thumbs up!

I'm about to give the lamest advice ever, but I truly believe it:

Just be yourself.

Why would you want to be with a guy who is attracted to someone you're not?

And aside from what guys may be attracted to, I don't like bitchy people. I suppose it depends on your definition of "bitch". As someone said, if standing up for yourself and not being a doormat is considered bitchy, well then, so be it. But for me it's just general niceties and etiquette, really. Treating people how you want to be treated. I really have a problem with mean, rude or thoughtless people.

I think there's a difference between being strong minded and being downright mean. You might mean well by being strong minded and think that you're helping men and yourself but you have to come off as not being too domineering. You can just make make matters worse in the long run by being mean, when your demands are met, giving the impression that you're never satisfied with anything.

It's a strange phenomenon of life. So many good people somehow end up with cold, abusive partners. They may think they can help them, or even more tragically, they may believe they can't do any better. But nobody should have to put up with someone who treats them mean. By being mean, you might find they're thinking it might be time to seek out someone who is worth their while.

I totally agree Carrie. You can be a nice girl and still not allow people to walk all over you.
