You're welcome. I just can't believe this. I think it has to do with age. These young folk think looks are important and money doesn't matter. I used to think that too, when I was in my early twenties. It just sounds so much more politically correct to say that money doesn't matter, but that's horseshit. You can't buy a house to live in, you can't buy a car, you can't buy anything if you don't have money. Money can buy good looks, however. So money it is.

Very true! And to say looks is that important, well they really arent.

I mean how many ppl fall for each other on the Org by personality alone?

Sheesh.. biggrin

Interesting point.

Personality enhances looks. You can be gorgeous and be ugly inside.
Have you ever seen someone look beautiful to you because you've looked in their eyes and seen their soul? I have. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Totally true, which is the point I made earlier.

So all these ppl on the Org who say looks is important, I wonder whether they say that and mean it when ppl post their pic up here and/or have pics emailed to them.. hmmm

Its very interesting.

TheFrog

i don't think anyone would seriously say they'd prefer to be homeless and begging but have good looks. or maybe they are.

i had assumed that whether or not you had 'money', as per the question, was referring to wealth, rather than being able to get by.

i was brought up in a house with no money, but i'm very comfortable now. i've seen both worlds, and money's nice, but it certainly doesn't make my world go around.

Because physical attraction is something natural and largely takes place on a subconscious level. Liking someone for their money is somehting a lot of people find immoral because it's a conscious choice AND if you like money so much, go make your own damn money instead of being a fucking parasite.

I agree. But the argument was whether YOU would rather have good looks or money.
