The funniest thing happened at the gym yesterday! Well actually it may not be that funny, cause it maybe quite common 
But yeah so i was sitting there on one of the bikes being lazy and gawping at the screen infront of me and a MACCIE D'S ad comes on! I was like 
It didnt affect me that much though in the way it would have cause Maccie D's should be 
The guy next to me sure wasnt enjoying that though 
Oh the irony of it all. I mean what i was only  when the Carte D'or ad came on straightafter.
Anyways i move onto the running machine and there's this program on were a woman is getting lipo everywere. They started showing the surgery and i was like  . And i started running just as they moved further and in it got more so i was just like i started feeling weak and thought i was gonna fall off, but i didnt.
Then i move onto the other bike thingie and im sitting there again watching the rest of it with a look on my face that can only be described as a mix of  and and  and  and  and  and 
Until it finishes and im like

My friend and i were on the treadmill once and a Mc Donalds commercial came on and we looked at each other like "mmmm...burgers.. ". Then I said " Heifer! Stop encouraging my ass! Run faster! That's why we're here in the first place!" I blame everything on her, and she on me.  @ bestfriend.
Then there was that one time when I locked my leg backwards on the leg lift machine. I was so scared b/c it wouldn't move! Totally stuck. Shake....shake, shake, shake. | |
