My husband the couturier... (© Copyright JAM 2005) Custom designed and handmade for 19" scale dolls. Inspired by the works Vionnet, Sir Charles James, Fortuny, and John Galliano. He designed the sets and took the photos. The photo spread is in the "Brides" issue of FDQ- Fashion Doll Quarterly magazine. [Edited 5/20/05 12:28pm] Socks still got butt like a leather seat... | |

He's made a wedding dress (the white gown is made of left over material), he used to make his hag clothes in the early 80s (40s inspired glamorous night club clothes), and in high school (70s) he made his jacket for the prom- it was entirely hand beaded in black glass bugle beads. He just does doll clothing now. He's working on 4 miniature real fur coats for the same size dolls as above. His stuff is truely amazing and if you were to inspect it up close you'd find every detail that you would in a real person's garments. They look like they've been shrunk with a raygun. He's make some fabulous halloween costumes and maskes. He's been in 4 magazines. He should have moved off to New York in the 70s to become a fashion designer but he tells me that if he had he wouldn't be alive today. So he became a hairdresser and owns his own salon- works 3 days a week and plays the rest of the week. Oh and he's a bitchin' hairdresser too!
