Looking at Muse's pictures reminds me of one of my favorite places in Germany (I did not take these pictures):

One of my first kisses was with a German boy named Uwa. I was visiting my grandmother and she was friends with his mother so we all went to this site together. He and I climbed up the base of the statue together alone.


St Goar
My grandmother's building is in the row next to the street with the dotted lines. There's a lovely park hidden by the trees beside the river.
I remember sitting out on her balcony one Sunday afternoon, trying to listen to "Free" (having just become a massive Prince fan in the past month) with my headphones when suddenly a big loud parade starting marching down the street.
